Fitzgerald 01-524 Side Chair Tufted Klismos Back The Fitzgerald chair is a Klismos style chair featuring button tufts on the inside back. The Klismos style came from the Greeks dating back to the 5th Century BC. The T-shape and curved back are characteristics of Klismos design. The tufted upholstery of the inside back tapers from top to bottom, accentuating the T-shape of the chair back. The shaped seat is tightly upholstered and is supported by saber shaped front leg posts and tapered back leg posts. Shown in fabric 25-1683-70, Tudor finish. Optional Cream Swarovski pearls inside the tufts. Optional nail head placement as shown below see gallery for larger image.
