We originally wanted to redecorate our den, but the experience was so great we also redecorated our living room. Randolph is so talented, he made the experience so easy. I have been looking for a leather sofa for quite some time. As soon as I entered the doors of SE Galleries, designer Randolph Cooper greeted and welcomed me into the store. I told Mr. Cooper what I was searching for, and within minutes he showed me the perfect sofa for my family room. He was in no rush to “close a sale”-he sat down and we talked about anything and everything. It was very obvious to me that Mr. Cooper loves his job and he loves helping people find just the right piece or pieces of furniture for their homes. Looking for great customer service, then look no more. Southereastern Galleries provides unparallel customer service even when an unexpected problem arises. From designers to delivery service you can’t find a more professional and dedicated team. After we discovered a manufacturing problem and having no resolution with the manufacturing representative, Mr. Rick Cooper of Southeastern Galleries declared, “that’s not how we handle our customer service” and in no time at all our problem was resolved. Trudie, just wanted to check in and let you know how well mom is doing at Wellmore and about my recent surgery. Hi Trudie, I hope that you and Jack had a good Christmas, even though it was a cold one! We were fine, staying here and having Christmas for 2. Juice from fresh cranberries dripped on the rug because someone in the kitchen wasn’t very careful (moi). I safely put the berries down, then picked up the rug and took it right out to deck where I immediately shot the hose on it. Came through as if nothing had every happened!! Love it!

Trudie, what a huge and well stocked showroom of every style of furniture imaginable. We came in looking for a sofa and 2 chairs for the living room and worked with Trudy whose family started the biz and she was amazing. She was so patient and quickly honed in to our likes and dislikes. She took on the role of designer offering great design ideas that were really helpful and was never pushy. Trudy totally focused on us…we never felt rushed and spent over 3 hours staying past closing going thru the whole showroom, designing the perfect sofa, and going thru stacks of fabrics. She even offered to come to our house to see the space. I never had such a positive experience shopping for furniture.
